This may be the greatest adventure I’ve ever had in paint—certainly one of them.

I never really knew how to do a face. I still don’t—I call myself a “primitive artist”. I’ve had some training, but it never fully took—and I was usually more interested in imaginative creations, or exploring colors that blended into wonders.

But I want to please You, Beloved. I want Your Face to be beautiful, and to look like You!

And today I felt “admitted to Your Face”…to the unlimited vistas of Your Face. I’ve heard poems about “the Sunrise of Your Face.” Today I lived it! Today I had the privilege of seeing that sunrise appear from my brush, blending the colors, the clouds and light upon Your Forehead, Your Cheeks, Your Chin!

Just a beginning, but this freedom, this relative freedom, this living a greater dimension. makes me want to know You more and more intimately—in everything!
